Jointing of panels by tongue groove cam locks only and no riveting between walls and ceiling panels. Insulation material polyurethane foam core bounded to steel panels or extruded. Puff density will be 40 kg/m3

W.I.C floor is above 3” from the room ground level. WIC room floor will be either prefabricated floor panels, similar to wall panels & to be attached with wall panels with cam locks or concrete slabs to be provided in floor with insulation material in bottom like PUF & tar felt & wall panels to be anchored by drive pins to floor.



This unit has double walled insulated PUF modular panels, which can easily be assembled at site without any major hassles. Stainless steel (SS-304 grade) inside and Pre-painted G.I. Finish out side

The unit has double walled leak proof metal door with lock, with a provision of opening door from inside. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature.


WIC will maintain a internal temperature of +2°C to + 8°C adjustable according to ambient temperature.

Mobile Alert System Suitable for Equipments whenever the alarm is generated by the system the user has to acknowledge the alarm with in predetermined time. If the user fails to acknowledge the alarm will send as a sums to 6 predefined numbers
