To avoid any moving part inside cabinet, for easier maintenance and cleaning refrigeration un kept outside the chamber and fixed at rear. Temperature of 4°C +2°C is maintained by hermetically sealed refrigerator compressor unit and is controlled by an automatic electronic solid st digital temperature controller cum indicator Temperature controller is mounted on front panel, provided on fro top, along with pilot lamp, main switch etc. Supplied complete with trays, cord and plug. Construction Details:
Esteem mortuary chamber is double walled cooled units. Outer body of the mortuary chamber is constructed out of thick S.S sheets. The inner chamber made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The 60 mm gap between the walls to be filled with high grade poly efficiency. Puff density should be 40kg/cu m. . Outer Panels:
The outer panels of all our mortuary chambers are made of galvanized sheets having a superior bacteria resistance film coating for greater hygiene
Interior Construction:
The interior of our morgue chambers are constructed of high grade stainless steel sheets of grade ss-304, thus making it easier to clean and ensure greater stability and life
Door:
The doors connected by very sturdy chrome plate hinges and fitted with hard chrome plated lubricated latches for opening of the door. The door made of galvanized steel sheets, lined with stainless steel for extra protection and long life. All the doors fitted with high quality neoprene rubber gaskets for air light fittings with very sturdy casters.
Floor:
The floor of our mortuary chambers are constructed out of hardened and reinforced steel sheets containing spills for easy cleaning and hygiene.

Cooling:

Temperature Range
Temperature range of our standard mortuary chamber models are 4°c + 2° c. / -15° c to +10° c. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.(The above given temperature could be achieved too)
